Team History
In 2006, a few like-minded Midwestern cyclists gathered to form a team on which they could race and enjoy the fun of cycling. Our objective: recruit people who were currently racing alleycats and non-sanctioned races to race competitively in a variety of sanctioned race events. Since then, Team Pegasus has quickly grown from 14 to over 40 riders, covering categories 2 through 5, and a variety of disciplines from road, cyclocross and track, as well as beginner through expert in mountain events. Additionally, Team Pegasus supports a women's team that competes in track, cyclocross, endurance and mountain events.
